Bruno Mirò joins MGR at Assoluti d’Italia

A young off-road talent, Bruno Mirò, has joined the MGR Racing Team, making his debut both in the enduro discipline and with the colours of the Italian Team in the second round of the Assoluti d’Italia Championship.

The beginning of the collaboration between the young Spanish talent and the Italian Team opens the door to a bright future full of opportunities. Bruno accepted the challenge proposed by Team Manager Enrico Garelli and got to work to take part in his first enduro competition.

Three technical special tests, in the Tuscan hills of Pomarance, gave the Spaniard a taste of the enduro discipline and highlighted his potential. Four laps on Saturday and three on Sunday, each 55 kilometres long and featuring three special tests – the technical Enduro Test, the fast and wide Cross Test and the demanding Extreme Test – showed that, although there is still work to do, Bruno has great potential.

Bruno Mirò is new to the world of enduro, but not to off-road racing. The Spaniard is already noted for his speed and talent in motocross, qualifying for both motos of the EMX250 European Championship in the opening round in Spain.

With only a few hours aboard the MGR KX enduro machine , Bruno was able to read the lines correctly and immediately find the right feeling. Two crashes compromised his overall standing, but overall the Spaniard managed to achieve encouraging results.

Enrico Garelli - Team Manager: “I am really satisfied with Bruno. From our very first meeting, he showed me that he is a young rider with a great desire to work hard, challenge himself and approach everything with seriousness. Bruno immediately put himself on the line, tried to understand the dynamics of this sport and showed great determination. He did his best and gave a hard time to riders who have been practising this discipline for much longer than him. The foundations for the future are there, and our hope is to help him grow and allow him to express all of his potential”.
