The success marked the culmination of a highly-successful six-year relationship with Kawasaki which has seen him claim three FIM medals and thirteen GP victories in the premier world off-road series.

The thirty-four year old native of the Vosges region in eastern France raced to his first international title at the age of nineteen when he won the FIM European EMX250 Championship in 2011 and added a bronze medal during his MX2 GP career before securing his first world title in the premier MXGP class in his rookie season of 2015.

Febvre has remained a leading contender ever since and jumped at the opportunity to join the Kawasaki Racing Team in 2020. The universally-popular rider’s smooth and highly-effective riding style and his ultimate fairness have blended impeccably with the technical reliability and outstanding power and handling of the KX450-SR to earn respect throughout the decade and they are firmly expected to continue their joint success in 2026.
